Studio finally finished!






It's took longer than I thought but the new studio is ready for me to start work. Most of the work was done a fortnight ago but, since then, I have been waiting for delivery of the fluorescent tubes. I have painted the room a neutral green-grey colour to minimize any glare from the 6, 58w, daylight balanced tubes.



I have fixed some inexpensive table-top easels to the walls to give me extra easel space so that I can work on more than one picture at a time.

Thanks for your feedback on my blog about the studio lighting. Looks like your solution turned out great. I'm also looking for a neutral gray green wall color, so it seems as if I'm on the right track. Mounting the tabletop easels on the wall is a brilliant idea! Cheers- Jennifer
